JCL HEADLINES FIRST TIMER, MARIO BRENNA, WINS 2009 JCL. Mario held off Nick in a heads-up battle to win the bracelet and $315 cash. It was the first time Mario entered the JCL, after being convinced to play from his good friend, Tom. Nick was also a first timer, and was a late entry on the advice of Ben. Terrace Fats, Queen of The Felt, and JCL rounded out the top five. JAY DEALER KEEPS NUMBER ONE RANKING The world's #1 ranked JCL player, Jay Dealer, retained his lofty position after finishing 9th in the 2009 JCL. Dealer earned 10 points for 68 total points, 11 better than second place Tom Cahill. HARD LUCK GOOCH FINDS NO PEACE AT JCL Hall of Famer and 2003 JCL Champion, The Gooch, continues his string of bad luck at the JCL. The Gooch finished in 17th place this year. JCL's top funny man has also finished 13th (2005), 12th (2006), and 8th (2007) in recent tournaments. QUEEN SHOWS BOYS HOW IT'S DONE Christina Fulkerson, better known as Queen of The Felt, finished in fourth place this year, good for a $45 payday.
